Q: What are the prices for the blankets?
A: 
Please refer to our “Price” tab for further cost details of our products.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! We currently ship in Canada and to the United States.

Q: Is the shipping cost included in the price?
A: Unfortunately, the shipping cost is not included in the price. Shipping cost will be an additional cost and will vary depending on where the destination of shipment. Please email us at maiblankie@gmail.com to verify the cost of shipment.

Q: How does payment work?
A:
We require payment when the order is placed and before product is shipped.

Q: What form of payments does Mai Blankie accept?
A:
We only take payments in the form of E-Transfers. However if you do prefer to make a payment otherwise, please email us at maiblankie@gmail.com to confirm.  Our E-Transfer email is: maiblankie@gmail.com

Q: Do you offer combined shipment of products?
A: Yes we do! We would love to assist you in the quantity of products you would like to purchase. However, the shipment cost will depend on the total weight and size of the product. Please email us at maiblankie@gmail.com to verify the cost of shipment.

Q: How do I wash mai blankie?
A: Mai Blankies should be washed:

  • With like colours on a gentle cycle
  • In cold water and mild non-chlorine soap
  • NO fabric softener of any kind (liquid, dryer sheets & bar included)
  • Hang dry preferred or tumble dry LOW unless otherwise noted
  • ***Shaggy Fabric*** should be HUNG DRY for best results!

We highly advise to NOT use any fabric softner or high heat cycle, it is against manufacturers suggestion and may cause fabric to become damaged, losing it’s original look and feel. Please make sure to follow washing instructions carefully.

Q: What is your return policy?

 RETURN POLICY: Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase date for all unwashed and unused items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Returns are only accepted in the case of a product defect.
